Job Title: Business Development Manager
Specific Responsibilities:
Based in Korea and reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, Singapore.
The incumbent will primarily be measured by his/her achievement of budgeted new
business,
account extension and renewal revenue (based on gross margin) targets.
Business Development
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all clients and major target markets within the
identified customers
- Identify key target potential clients in the targeted business sector that we can develop new
and account extension business by establishing a strategy to develop new sales
opportunities
- Develop an aggressive sales strategy and action plan to achieve monthly and annual sales
& business targets for new, existing and renewal business
- Develop Key Account Plans for all identified accounts
- Focus on building strong business relationships to assist in increasing the yield per
existing customer
Account Management & General Responsibilities
- Ensure there is regular face-to-face contact with all key customers.
- Maintain an open and win ?win approach to client relationships by applying a consultative
sales approach. Also ensure complete cross functional co-operation with all internal
departments ensuring we are delivering on our promise.
- Minimise customer churn by providing responsive & effective account management and
problem resolution.
- Meet account receivables targets and ensure that all accounts pay promptly and within
agreed credit terms with zero bad debt accounts.
- Achieve other marketing and personal objectives set annually with the Director of Sales and
marketing and in keeping with the Business Objectives.
Required Working Experience:
- At least 10 years of sales experience targeted major big companies in Korea.
- Proven experience in B-to-B selling ?solutions marketing in a consultative mode
Required Skills/Knowledge:
-Good interpersonal and communications skill
- Diligent and resourceful
- Aggressive and used to working under pressure and achieving quantitative results
- Strong business acumen, a highly responsible individual
- Good oral and written presentation skill is a must
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Fluent English skill is essential

- General Degree or Diploma in Sales/Marketing disciplines.
