Customer Support Engineer / CS Team
Exp.: 3-7 yrs of CS experience
The ideal candidate should be energetic, customer-focused and possess CRM support
experienced. You will provide customer service to existing customers and potential users of
our client's suite of products (CRM solutions).
1.Pharmaceutical CRM solution support. (Solution Development & Configuration)
: Solution Development: asp, ASP.NET, DB programming (SQL SERVER, ORACLE)
is quite recommended. 2. Solution implementation support and maintenance support.
3. Project support (Customer Requirement Analysis, Training)
4. Customer management (Q/A, Communication channel management, User Requirements’
5. Communication (with customer as well as company’s regions such as Singapore, India
6. Periodical reports to customer (Service Summary, Weekly, Monthly)
7. Support for Account Management (Contract, Relationship with Customers, Proposal, RFP
analysis, Business Analysis)
1. A basic degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent from
recognized Universities with 3-7 years of working experience.
2. Programming experience (Design, DB programming) is strongly recommend 3. Pharma. experience is plus but not necessary
4. A strong commitment to customer satisfaction is required
5. Communication in English
6. Good CS (Customer Support, Customer Service) mind.
7. Good documentation skills. (MS office)
